On the optimal control of oscillations of a round axis-symmetric plate in condition of the minimum of its full energy

Abstract: The problem of optimal control of axis-symmetric oscillations of a round plate with fixed edges is studied with the help of external forces, spread over its surface. During the control process the full energy of the plate is brought to minimum. The control problem is replaced by the variation problem, for which, as it is shown, sufficient conditions of strong minimum are carried out.
