Abstract: DNA heat stability is increasing on $1.5^{\circ} C$ under the action of weak intensity millimetric waves during $1.5$ hours. It is supposed, that the augmentation of DNA heat stability is caused by change of bound water properties, dehydration of $\mathrm{Na}$ ions.
