Optimization of the reactor fuel load cartogram

Abstract: In this work, a program has been created for finding the optimal location of fuel assemblies in the core of the VVER-440 reactor. Optimality is understood in the sense of the minimum coefficient of uneven energy release. The program is written in FORTRAN.
