On Salnt-Venant problems for the homogeneous bodies with anisotropy of the general kind

Abstract: The article constructs an algorithm in displacements for the reduction of one three-dimensional problem of the theory of elasticity of anisotropic bodies and, with its help, provides solutions in displacements of the problems indicated in the title, when the base of the cylindrical body is located arbitrarily in the coordinate plane.
