Abstract:
A contact problem is considered for an elastic half-plane, the boundary of which is reinforced by identical semi-infinite and one finite pads with different elastic moduli. The problem is reduced to solving a system of integral equations for tangential contact stresses acting under the final lining and deformations of the intermediate interval between the linings. In what follows, the solution of this system of integral equations is reduced to a quasicompletely regular infinite system of algebraic equations.
