Improving of efficiency of cooling process of the circuit boards based on the calculation of stationary temperature field

Abstract: The paper describes the process of calculating and evaluating the stationary temperature field of the circuit boards unit. Ways of increasing of efficiency of unit cooling are presented. Various changes of construction are used.
