Abstract:
In this short article, the author shares his impressions of his many years of work at UlSU. In his opinion, three stages can be distinguished in the history of this new state university – birth, formation,maturity. In their implementation, the great merit belongs to Yu.V. Polyanskov, the initiator, organizer and inspirer of UlSU. The book written by him summarizes the results of his great activity. The title and content of this book prepare the university staff to solve new tasks set by the new time.
