Abstract: Analysis of the results of the title paper (see Usp. Fiz. Nauk 176 (8) 883 (2006) [Phys. Usp. 49 (8) 855 (2006)]) invalidates the proposed interpretation of all the presented spectra, thus compromising the conclusions of the paper.
