On experiments in search of the T-odd electric dipole moment of atomic ${}^{129}\mathrm{Xe}$

Abstract: A new method is proposed for the search of the electric dipole moment of atomic ${}^{129}\mathrm{Xe}$ arising from time reversal symmetry violation. We consider the basic features of the experiment to measure the electric field of T-odd EDMs of spin-polarized ${}^{129}\mathrm{Xe}$ atoms with the aid of a Stark electrometer involving Rydberg atoms.
