On the centenary of the discovery of submillimeter electromagnetic waves

Abstract: The paper examines some issues related to the history of the discovery of submillimeter electromagnetic waves. The results of M A Levitskaya's experiments are analyzed and compared with those of A A Glagoleva-Arkadieva's work in this field.
