Superluminal localized structures of electromagnetic radiation

Abstract: This paper analyzes localized invariable-form structures of electromagnetic radiation in vacuum and soliton-like light structures traveling superluminally in a nonlinear medium. Both types of structures are concluded to be unstable to small perturbations.
