Cognitive-map-based approach to statement of system development control problem based for the strategy monitoring

Abstract: We propose a novel approach to control problems of system development in changing external environment. To find a solution of such problems a modification of SWOT-analysis on cognitive-map model is proposed. The proposed approach is illustrated by two real-life examples: 1) an enterprise with ecologically dangerous production and 2) socio-economical city development.
