Assessment of the status and effectiveness of management for socio-economic systems by the methods of expert-classification analysis

Abstract: We describe a general approach to solving the problem of assessing status and efficiency of management in socio-economic systems. The approach employs man-machine algorithms for complex data structuring. We also provide two examples of applications of our approach.
