Using fuzzy graph models for business-process control

Abstract: An approach is considered to model business processes and projects under uncertainty. We suggest the procedures for fuzzy situational network construction, which models possible strategies of business process (or project) implementation. Our approach also includes the procedures for the analysis of a strategy.
