About one approach to working out socially focused domestic electricity rates

Abstract: The article is devoted to modeling socially-focused blocked domestic electricity rate scales. The blocked rate is calculated on the basis of Volgograd and the Volgograd region statistics. Properties of the proposed tariff scheme are numerically analyzed.
