Dihypergraphs: matrix representations

Abstract: Incidence matrices construction routine is proposed for dihypergraphs. It uses relevant degrees of unity root to describe hyperpoints and hyperarcs orientation. Valence and adjacency matrices along with Laplacians are also constructed for dihypergraphs and their duals.
