About constructing the rating of russian scientific journals

Abstract: Some issues of construction of collective expert examination system are analyzed. Problems of development of concerted criteria system and verbal-number scales for estimation of alternatives by these criteria are described separately. Author underlines the importance of thorough elaboration of manifolds of qualitative and quantitative characters, according to which compared alternatives are assigned to different graduations on used verbal-number scales.
