On the rating of official sites of scientific institutions of the russian northwest region

Abstract: On the basis of new approaches to measurements known webometrics indicators and to computation of ranging functions, ranging of sites of the scientific organizations of the Russian Academy of Sciences of the northwest of Russia is spent. Results of ranking by two techniques are analyzed and offers on continuation of researches are formulated.
