Interaction of polar molecules and the second varial coefficient of water vapor

Abstract: Based on the Wooley potential, a new analytic equation is obtained for the second virial coefficient $B$ of polar molecules. The practical possibilities of the equation are shown on the example determining $B$ for water vapor in the temperature interval $100$–$3000^{\circ}$C.
