Two-temperature model of the energy balance for plasma of high-frequency induction discharge in the vicinity of the axis of a plasmoid

Abstract: The results of analysis of a set of equations of energy balance in the axial region of the work coil of an HF plasma generator are used, within the framework of two-temperature model, to derive analytical dependences for the calculation of temperature fields in this region in a two-dimensional formulation of the problem.
