Abstract:
For the first time, experimental results of the study of temperature dependences of enthalpy, heat capacity and electrical resistivity of hafnium carbonitride $\rm HfC_{0.51}\rm N_{0.32}$ are presented for solid, liquid states and during melting in the temperature range $2500$–$5500$ K. The study was carried out using the method of fast $(5$–$10~\mu$s$)$ pulsed current heating.
