Limiting Distributions on Bicompact Abelian Groups

Abstract: We consider random variables with values in a bicompact Abelian group $G$. The properties of infinitely divisible laws on such groups are investigated in §2 and 3. In the last section the various limit theorems are proved. The method of characteristic functions is the main approach used.
