Strong Law of Large Numbers for Multiple Sums Whose Indices Belong to a Sector with Function Boundaries

Abstract: We find necessary and sufficient conditions for the strong law of large numbers for double sums of independent identically distributed random variables whose indices belong to a sector with function boundaries.
