Abstract: The article focuses on system analysis of thematic tasks, which are solved on the basis of Aerospace image processing and ground-based measurement processing. This article discusses the use of aerospace surveillance in dealing with topical application tasks that are included in the scope of interest of the ELRI-184 project «Integrated Intelligent Platform for Monitoring the Cross-Border Natural-Technological Systems». The directions of particular utility in border areas of the project participants are also considered in this article. Numerical values of the indicators based on expert analysis and simulation, that describe the monitoring system were received.

Keywords: remote sensing, ground-based measurements, multi-spectral platforms, Object-Based Image Analysis, Earth observation satellites.
