Assistive Information Technologies based on Audio-Visual Speech Interfaces.

Abstract: In this paper, assistive information technologies are discussed, which are especial soft/hardware aimed for improvement of information accessibility and communication means for disabled people. A complex of assistive information technologies based on audio-visual speech interfaces is described.
