Abstract: In this paper, the classification of information systems (IS) on the monotonous and nonmonotonous system of the first and second types have been performed. It is shown that this systematic classification attributes are stored in the genome structure of the system. The results of morphological analysis of the IS can increase awareness for the integrated study of the mathematical apparatus of fuzzy graphs and cognitive modeling techniques

Keywords: monotonous and nonmonotonous IS, genome of structure, classification.
