About role of functional and parametric analysis in estimation of system effectiveness operation

Abstract: In this article we treat a question how to develop procedure of functional and para-metric analysis, which is based in calculation of effectiveness of multifuncional complex operation during decision making; we offer correlations for calculation, notice practicability of adding in complexes information support devices.
