The $S$-Matrix Structure and the Inverse Scattering Transform in the $J$-Matrix Approach

Abstract: Using the analytic properties of the $S$-matrix, we obtain a system of inverse scattering transform equations for nonlocal potentials with Laguerre form factors. Coulomb repulsion can be present in the system.
