Matrix solutions of a noncommutative KP equation and a noncommutative mKP equation

Abstract: We consider matrix solutions of a noncommutative KP and a noncommutative mKP equation; these solutions can be expressed as quasideterminants. In particular, we investigate the interaction of two-soliton solutions.
