Quantum Markov kinetic equation for a spin system with decay

Abstract: The general form of the quantum dynamical semigroup equations are found for spin systems in the state multipole representation. A generalization of these equations to the case of spin systems with decay is posed. Restrictions under which such equations can be obtained from the quantum dynamical semigroup equations are given.
