Quantum-field renormalization group in turbulence theory: Chemically active scalar admixture

M. Gnatich

Abstract: The problem of turbulent mixing of a chemically active scalar admixture is solved in the framework of the quantum-field approach. Results obtained earlier for an ordinary passive admixture are also generalized to this case. It is shown that inclusion of a matrix of correlation functions of Gaussian noise in the most general form leads to the establishment of an additional (compared with an ordinary admixture) infrared-stable asymptotic regime.
