Abstract: The Boltzmann equation and the moment method are used to construct classical equilibrium hydrodynamic correlation Green's functions of the density–density, flux–flux, etc., types. All $n$-moment approximations with $n\leqslant 29$ are investigated, and the suitable ones are identified.
