Abstract:
Properties of the Green function of $V$-particle in the Lee model are investigated.
It is proved that there is no ghost states in the $N\theta$-sector of the model if the elementary
length $\displaystyle{l\geq \frac{1}{\mu}\exp \left\{-\frac{1}{g_{\tau}^2}\right\}}$. The Green function of the $V$-particle possesses an infinite
sequence of poles on the second Riemannian sheet of the complex energy plane.
