Abstract:
Allowance is made for exchange effects in kinetic equations for a nondegenerate nonideal gas and a nondegenerate nonideal plasma. It is shown that exchange effects always play an appreciable role in the calculation of nondissipative characteristics, since in this case the effect of particles at short distances is important even in a plasma. For gases the calculation is made in the approximation of binary collisions. In the case of a plasma the averaged dynamic polarization of the plasma is also taken into account. This guarantees convergence of the integrals at large distances. Calculations are made of the thermodynamic functions with allowance for exchange effects.
