Abstract:
A study is made of a method of the theory of electromagnetic interaction that is free of infrared divergences. The method is based on the equations of Bogoiyubov's axiomatic approach in quantmn field theory [1], in which infrared divergences are eliminated. Exact consequences of these equations are discussed; these are low-energy theorems and dispersion relations in all orders in the electromagnetic interaction. All the model-independent terms of the infrared
asymptotic behavior of the Green's function of a charged spinless particle are given.
