Exact statistical relations for susceptibilities and conductivities

Abstract: Exact expressions are obtained in the framework of nonequilibrium statistical mechanics for the mean value of a physical quantity and the susceptibilities and conductivities and their spectral intensities. In addition, reciprocity relations are found for these quantities.
