Abstract:
A special representation for parafields is considered on the basis of Clifford hypernumbers. A principle of gauge invariance with respect to hypercomplex phase
transformations of the parafields is formulated. The distinguished role of quaternion
hyperfields and the corresponding Yang–Mills Lagrangian of $SO(3)$ gauge symmetry is pointed out.
