Abstract:
Charged particles moving rapidly through a cristal in a channel regime are considered as an independent thermodynamical subsystem for which the balance energy and momentum equation is derived in an accompaning coordinate system. It is shown that the solution of this equation gives expression for transverse temperature of channeled particles via the basic parameters of the microscopic theory. It is provided that if the electron scattering is quasielastic the global system is far from the equilibrium state despite the achievement of equilibrium in the subsystem of channeled particles.
