On control problem of asynchronous spectrum of linear system with nonsingular mean value of coefficient matrix

Abstract: We consider the linear control periodic system with constant matrix under control. It is supposed that the average matrix coefficient is nonsingular. The control problem of asynchronous spectrum is solved.
