On control problem of asynchronous spectrum of linear system with linearly left-side dependence of blocks of full column rank

Abstract: We consider the linear control periodic system with reverse communication. It is supposed that the average matrix coefficient is block triangular in critical case and some full column rank blocks of coefficient matrix are linearly left-side depended. The control problem of asynchronous spectrum is solved.
