On solvability of some problems of the theory shielding of fields by set of unclosed shields

Abstract: Mathematical models of problems of shielding are reduced to the problems of interface with the Dirihlet and Neumann conditions for the Poisson's equation. Asolvability of of the problems under consideration are investigated on the basis of the functional methods.
