Continuation of the function of half of all space via its restriction to the boundary efootnote

Abstract: Consider a continuous extension of the half-space, which is coincident with trace partition function along the border. Produced estimates of the norms (Sobolev) partition trace and continue through the norm of the function in the half. design extension and its modifications can be used the study of a priori estimates in boundary value problems for degenerate up to the boundary of quasi-elliptic operators.
