On structure of the three-dimensional manifold admitting diffeomorphisms with one-dimensional basic sets

Abstract: The paper clarifies the structure of three-dimensional manifold admitting $A$-diffeomorphisms whose non-wandering set contains of an one-dimensional surface basic set and supporting surface is homeomorphic to the 2-torus.
