Conditions of simplicity of linear differential systems

Abstract: In the work necessary, sufficient, and also necessary and sufficient conditions of simplicity of linear ordinary differential systems are obtained. The interrelation of property of simplicity of linear differential system with properties of solutions of system with the double coefficient matrix is established.
