Strongly continuous resolving operators families for equations with the Riemann-Liouville derivative

Abstract: The search is carried out for necessary and sufficient conditions on a linear closed operator for the existence of a strongly continuous resolving family to an equation resolved with respect to the Riemann - Liouville fractional derivative, with the corresponding operator at the unknown function.
