Problems and threats of some new digital technologies implementation

Abstract: The article is devoted to the consideration of threats which arise during the implementation of new digital technologies in frame of digital transformation. Some functional-type and systemic-type threats are presented. The necessity and directions of regulatory and technical base development in the part of information security are shown.
