Tendencies of modern infocommunication technologies development with a focus on network-centric warfare conception

Abstract: The authors consider correlation between Information Technologies development and modern warfare conceptions. The article presents evaluation of network-centric warfare conception and its influence on the development of new generation Infocommunication Technologies (ICT) and tells about the priorities in information and telecommunication technologies development with a focus on modern warfare conceptions. The complex of R&D activities for selection and implementation of new technologies is suggested.
