Abstract: Technique and technological solutions intended for cartographical data visualization in information-technological system of monitoring of the Russian Academy of Sciences are considered. Processes of creation of the information-cartographical documents illustrating integrated indicators of results of scientific and technical activity of the organizations and divisions in the form of thematic maps and diagrams given on a map are described.
