Mathematical models for basic functioning processes of an information web portal

Abstract: The modeling of processes determining indexes of information sources efficiency and user activity of an informational web portal is discussed. The application of stochastic threshold models is considered. The methods of expert estimation of the parameters of these models are proposed. The results of numerous experiments based on actual observations are presented and compared.
