A Lorentz manifold with a group of conformal transformation containing a normal subgroup of homotheties

Abstract: It is proved that Barbahce's theorem remains valid for geodesically incomplete manifolds except for some manifolds of a rather narrow class. A necessary and sufficient condition of homogeneity for the manifolds under consideration is found.
